Goring & Streatley GAP Festival
Goring & Streatley GAP Festival – 14 June 2026 - marketday@gapfestival.org for all enquires.
There will be no Goring Artisan Market in June, as Andrea will be proudly involved in the Goring & Streatley GAP Festival – a much-loved celebration of arts and culture taking place across the Goring Gap villages.
Founded in 2014 as a legacy to the Queen’s Jubilee, the GAP Festival has grown into a major biennial event, bringing outstanding performers, creators and thinkers together for a rich programme of art, music, literature, comedy, theatre, science and more. With more than 40 events and workshops, it offers something inspiring for every age and interest.
Run by the registered charity The Goring and Streatley Festival, the event is powered by a dedicated team of volunteers, generous sponsors and community support. Its purpose is simple: to promote, educate and engage people in arts and cultural activities, while showcasing both nationally recognised talent and the creativity that thrives within our own villages.
The Festival is committed to:
Curating a high-quality artistic programme with top UK performers
Offering workshops and events that welcome and inspire a wide range of audiences
Encouraging learning, participation and hands-on creative experiences
Making thoughtful, sustainable choices wherever possible
Celebrating the passion and commitment of its many volunteers
For those who love culture, creativity and community spirit, the GAP Festival is a highlight of the year. Andrea is delighted to be involved, and encourages all visitors, makers and neighbours to explore the full programme and enjoy this unforgettable local celebration.
