A simple 5-step welcome for new and returning Creative Sellers

  • Becoming part of our friendly market family is straightforward and stress-free.

  • Follow these five steps and you’ll be ready to shine at Goring Village Hall & Wallingford Sports Park in no time.

Step 1. Read & Understand Everything

Start here so there are no surprises.  

Step 2. Secure your booking & insurance

This is what officially reserves your space.

  • Complete the short Registration Form (takes 5 minutes)  

  • Send a copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate (essential for everyone)  

  • Pay the fee or £10 deposit per date – your spot is only confirmed once both are received   

Step 3. Plan your travel & parking    

Goring Village Hall has no on-site parking, so a little planning makes the day smooth.

  • Plan to unload quickly at the front, then park on nearby residential streets or at Goring Station car park (5-minute walk).

  • Allow extra time on your first visit – Bring a trolley if you have one; it makes life much easier.

  • Wallingford Sports Park does have on-site and local parking.

Step 4. Design your perfect stall  

This is your chance to show your personality!  

  • Sketch your 7ft × 5ft layout in advance so everything fits beautifully  

  • Choose table coverings, signage and display props that reflect your brand  

  • Take a couple of photos of past stalls (or mock one up at home) to be sure you love the look 

Step 5. Prepare & enjoy the day     

A calm morning = a happy market day.  

  • Pack the night before: stock, float, business cards, tablecloth, lunch & water  

  • Aim to arrive from 8:00 am – you’ll have plenty of time to set up calmly

  • Say hello when you arrive – I’ll be there from 8:00 am to welcome you personally
